Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance

ALL IVE EVER WANTED is a captivating romance that includes a comfortable amount of suspense. Kennedy St. James is a waitress by day and attends school at night. One evening she takes a shortcut home and stumbles upon a murder in progressshe is now an eyewitness. When the killer discovers her identity, Kennedy doesnt know which way to turn.

Assigned to the murder case, Homicide Detective Maxwell Collier finds himself on a merry chase with no light at the end of the tunnel. A small clue leads him in Kennedys direction, but she isnt making it easy.

Sparks fly as the desire between Max and Kennedy builds. The more he is around her, the more he wants her. Kennedy is attracted to Max, but doesnt know who she can trust. She lives in constant fear that no matter her choice, she will still end up dead.

With witty characters that smoothly pull compassion, Adrianne Byrd supplies a novel that romantic suspense readers should not miss. I for one was thrilled with her smooth voice, fast pace and ability to draw the reader into the story for a wonderful reading experience.(May, 256 pp., $5.99)
