ANGEL EYES
by Shannon Dittemore

Genre: Inspirational, Young Adult

RT Rating

Dittemore’s strong good vs. evil plot is a winner. Her hero and heroine are engaging characters, with supernatural gifts, who will leave readers waiting on tenterhooks as they battle against demons working to deceive and impose darkness on the innocent. This reviewer can’t wait for the rest of this trilogy!

Brielle has the heart and soul of a dancer, but after a tragedy she returns home to heal her grief and guilt. She befriends Jake, who has many secrets — some that eventually involve Brielle, too. But a dark evil lurks in the shadows. Jake takes Brielle into his confidence and has ways to keep her safe from the unseen demonic world. Will Brielle be able to live with the answers? Is there anything that can separate them from God’s love? (THOMAS NELSON, Jun., 320 pp., $9.99)
