There’s no shortage of steamy sex in this one. The problem is that there’s limited information about the main characters to tell us who they are. It may be possible to accept them at face value but more character development would round out the picture. The depth of emotion from each character is what saves this story from being just a series of sex scenes.

Writer Marlowe Chambers may only have one more chance to salvage his reputation after missing one too many deadlines. The magazine industry is changing and finding challenging stories is more difficult than ever. He has to find the one sure thing that will keep him going and pay his bills. Enter the Chocolate Chateau and the chance to find out if rumors of its existence and celebrity clientele are real. The way into the couples-only retreat is a bit shaky but meeting the director, Dr. Gena Bivens, and especially the good doctor’s alternate persona, seduces Marlowe, and the potential for fireworks is huge.
