This story's fundamental flaw is that the plot hinges on what is referred to as a date-rape drug, which renders women so amorous that they consent to any sex act proposed to them. How convenient! The rest of the plot is similarly far-fetched, the main characters are barely there (Cassie's primary personality trait seems to be her red hair) and there isn't enough (fully consensual) sex to make up for these faults.

Cassie Cartwright and Rafe Kincaid are rival bounty hunters with a fraught romantic history. Rafe enlists Cassie's help to take down a serial rapist, but they end up at a lavish swingers' party, where Cassie unwittingly falls under the influence of a potent aphrodisiac. High jinks ensue.
