ARMY OF TWO (4) by Ingrid Weaver: Special Forces commander Mitch Redinger was the first man Chantal Leduc loved, and the man who broke her heart 17 years ago when he served under her father. Now he’s at her corporate retreat in Maine’s north woods with the Army delegation the Petherick Corp. is trying to woo. Mitch is attracted to the confident woman Chantal’s become and he holds her heart. When Petherick’s enemy attacks the resort, it’s up to Chantal and Mitch to save everyone inside. Exciting with nonstop action, great sexual tension and a dreamy hero, the book’s only flaw is that occasionally the characters discuss their break-up at times when survival is more important and Chantal gets a case of the “you aren’t in charge of me”-itis.

Army of Two

It was an interesting book with danger, intrigue and betrayal.

The two main characters Mitch and Chantal knew each other when they were younger.

She was the generals daughter and he was a young officer under the generals command. He was not going o do anything to jeopardize his career. He ended things badly.

Now they have to work together to help rescue hostages at the resort she manages before time runs out.

Can these two overcome the past?

It is an interesting journey and Chantal shows her fortitude and in turn earns Mitch's respect and maybe even love.

However, will Chantal forgive him for the hurt he has caused.
