Emily and Colin re-meet in the small Connecticut town where they grew up. Emily was the golden girl who was related to the town founders, and now she's the owner of a hotel that was once her family's mansion. Architect Colin lives in Paris and hates small-town life. Passion ignites, but how can both be happy? Colin wants freedom, and Emily wants to fulfill her responsibilities to the town and the people. Baby, It's Cold Outside (4), by Cathy Yardley, has humor, well-developed characters, sizzling sex and emotion, even if the ending is tied up a little neatly.
