As an Alaskan, I can’t help but look closely at the details in a book set in my home state. It’s an unusual place to live, and fine points are important. Fortunately, Fox does a fantastic job of writing about life in a very small, isolated town, providing a great, accurate setting without taking away from the story. The characters are dynamic and interesting. I can’t wait to see what happens next in this sexy new series!

Of all the places Sloan McKinley would travel to help her best friend, she never would have guessed the small town of Indigo, Alaska, would be one of them. When her BFF inherits property, the town isn’t too happy with its newcomer, but Sloan’s charm and legal prowess could save the day. While she’s there, she falls for the beautiful yet dangerous wilderness and ruggedly handsome local, Walker Montgomery. But is the town’s favorite son ready to fall in love?
