THE BACHELOR
by Marie Ferrarella

Genre: Series, Silhouette Logan's Legacy, Previously Published Series Imprints

RT Rating

Caring for her adopted son keeps Legal Aid attorney Jenny Hall busy when she's not in court standing up for the less fortunate. She does make time for charitable causes, like a bachelor auction to benefit a prominent adoption agency. Coached by her brother, she asks his best friend, marketing executive Eric Logan, to put himself on the block—and Eric shocks her by agreeing. Acting as auctioneer on the
big night, Jenny is equally pleased and appalled by the sum Eric fetches—
and by the revelation that friends have bought him for her! Jenny's had a crush on Eric for years, and as their relationship develops, she's happier than she's ever been—until she learns who's actually responsible for bringing them together. Marie Ferrarella's The Bachelor (4) may be light on plot, but its many other virtues—abundant warmth and humor,
a nice-guy hero and a sweet but realistic heroine—more than compensate.
