BARGAINING FOR BABY
BARGAINING FOR BABY (3) by Robyn Grady: Jake Prescott is finally coming to terms with his sister's death when Tara Anderson presents him with a new problem -- his infant nephew. A loner since his wife died, Jake doesn't think he's going to handle a baby well. He makes the protective Tara a deal: Stay at his isolated ranch for two weeks and help him with the baby, then she can return to the city assured the child will be OK. Neither Jake nor Tara believes romance is in their future. Grady takes opposites and gives them a common goal -- the future of a child -- with good effect, but her story struggles under a heavy, undercurrent storyline.
