BECOMING A CAVANAUGH (3) by Marie Ferrarella: Detective Kyle O'Brien recently found out that he's a member of the large Cavanaugh clan. He hasn't quite adjusted to working with so many of his relatives, then he's assigned to work with new transfer Jaren Rosetti. Wouldn't you know everyone takes to her right away, especially the new members of his family! When Jaren figures out an important clue to a series of murders, which have left the detectives frustrated, and lands in serious trouble, Kyle realizes he's in trouble too. Ferrarella knows how to write families, and it's always fun to spend time with the lively Cavanaughs in this addition to the Cavanaugh Justice series. The murder investigation is intriguing, but it overshadows the romance, which never feels fully developed.
