Ash Brennan is hired to find a rich man's runaway daughter and gets more than he bargained for when he finds her in a Brazilian strip club. Chellie Greer
has lived through a nightmare and can't believe Ash is just being a good Samaritan by helping her escape. They do their best to ignore the chemistry and emotions between them, but soon they succumb. However, when Chellie discovers Ash is a hired gun, she strikes out on her own. How can Ash prove himself before he
loses his chance with her? Sara Craven's The Bedroom Barter (2) has a lot of promise, but it falls short with a hero that is very flat and uninteresting and a heroine whose actions seem inconsistent.
