Book Review

by Pamela Morsi

Genre: Mainstream, General Mainstream Fiction

RT Rating

Morsi’s entertaining novel explores the rewards and challenges of marriage through the eyes of two memorable, relatable characters. Though the pace of the opening chapters moves a bit slowly, the supporting characters are realistic, and the misunderstanding that drives the plot is believable.

Erica Bentley suspects that her husband is having an affair. He’s a mechanic who has been working late at his vintage auto repair shop and acting secretive. Erica trusts Tom and doesn’t want to believe that her embittered mother and co-workers are right to say that all men cheat. She decides to spy on Tom and find out the truth.
