This first in a new series introduces a dystopian world with a slew of sexy, powerful characters. The city is quite intriguing, especially since the world revolves largely around cage fighting, orgies, bootlegging, BDSM and more. Even more interesting is that the characters in this world enjoy their “naughty” lifestyle, which makes for some hot and satisfying erotica. Although this novel has a fantastic premise, it loses its punch midway through, and readers may not feel passion for the characters — and their sex lives. However, fans of BDSM won’t want to miss this one.

Noelle Cunningham has just been banished from Eden for engaging in fornication. Thrown into “Hell,” the city of ruins, Noelle is taken under the wing of a gang of criminals. It is with this gang that Noelle can truly be herself — free to participate in steamy BDSM sex with men and women, including irresistible cage fighter Jasper McCray. Noelle must prove that she belongs, while also making sexy Jas her own. (KIT ROCHA, Sep., 354 pp., $15.00)
