As a means of revenge, wealthy businessman Anton Diaz maneuvered to get close to the Fairfaxes in order to take over their family business. Then he meets Emily and decides to seduce her into love, marry her and then reveal the real purpose behind the marriage. It all goes according to plan, except that the tables are soon turned and Anton finds that maybe revenge isn't all that it's cooked
up to be. There is a Jekyll and Hyde feel to this revenge-seeking plot. The first part of Jacqueline Baird's The Billionaire's Blackmailed Bride (3) is a magical tale about falling in love with a prince of
a man. But once the truth comes out, the prince reveals himself to be a frog. When he morphs back into the prince, it's all a bit too smooth.
