Book Review

by J.R. Ward

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Anthology

RT Rating

Just in time for the holidays, Ward delivers an in-depth compendium that no Brotherhood fan will want to miss. The intricacy of her world and the complicated motivations of her characters have enshrined Ward's place in the supernatural genre, and this collection is a clever way to answer some reader questions and fill in backstory.

Included in the book is a brand-new short story, Father Mine, featuring Zsadist, Bella and their newborn daughter, Nalla. Ward also provides a dossier on each of the brothers, plus amusing interviews between herself and the characters. Deleted scenes as well as message-board conversations provide more details and some answers to burning questions. Also, as a final bonus, Ward includes a teaser for the next book in this amazing series, Rehvenge's story.
