Book Review

BLOOD FIRE
by Sharon Page

Genre: Erotic Romance, Paranormal, Historical Erotic Romance

RT Rating

An unusual allegiance of villains adds special interest to this love story. It’s not your typical Regency romance, but is laced with the era’s flair and imbued with the full flavor of a paranormal. Page’s imaginative character development and an exciting plot are well worth the read.

Lady Octavia Grenville is dying and wishes to lose her virginity. She sets about seducing virile Matthew, the Earl of Sutcliffe, but isn’t prepared for the power it unleashes. Believing she is a witch, she goes into hiding. But she’s really part of a group of six entities that wield enormous power. Matthew is under the spell of the leader, who turned him into a vampire. To survive, he must find true love within two weeks — but Octavia wants nothing to do with him. (APHRODISIA, Nov., 352 pp., $14.00)
