The passionate love between Falon and the twins, Rafael and Lucien, has found a resolution in this continuation of the Blood Moon series. Although the plot is compelling and the characters interesting, the book is full of clichés that pull the reader out of the story. There are intense sex scenes and M/F/M ménage.

The Blood Law has been avenged. Lucien has claimed Rafael’s beloved Falon for his own, and Rafael has marked a new bride. Their clans, divided for years, must unite against a common foe — an enemy that shows signs of being unbeatable. And now Fenrir has Falon in his possession! She escapes the horrid beast and rejoins the twins. She wants, and gets, them as lovers. Together they form the power of three, which, armed with a special sword, is needed to defeat Fenrir and his forces at the Blood Moon to save the Lycan nation. But Falon has a terrible secret that must be revealed before her power can take its full effect. (HEAT, Dec., 320 pp., $15.00)
