Award-winning author Page's 17th culinary mystery featuring caterer Faith Fairchild will delight fans and bring in new ones. Set at Christmastime, it has a heartwarming message of hope and good cheer. This charming story, told with humor, warmth and wonderful characters, is a perfect holiday present for cozy mystery fans.

The Fairchild family is spend- ing Christmas on a Maine island while Faith's reverend husband, Thomas, recovers from surgery. But the idyllic setting is interrupted when Faith discovers the body of a young girl in an antique sleigh in front of the historical society. Since the girl was a drug addict, it's assumed she killed herself. Faith's sadness is lessened when a baby is found in the manger of a barn on Christmas Eve and she's asked to look for the baby's mother. (MORROW, Nov., 272 pp., $15.99)
