BONDS OF DESIRE
Readers who enjoy ménage with full participation will love the heat in this book. The action among Allison, Seth and Tyler is exciting. However, some of the character’s backstories and subplots are over the top, which makes the plot unbelievable. The writing style is a bit stiff, and there is some extreme violence in the book that makes the plot feel disjointed. This book is part of a series but can be read as a stand-alone.
Allison English isn’t sure how to feel about The Den, a BDSM club that her friends belong to. Her one and only experience left her with a lot of questions and a crush on owner Seth Matthews. Seth is attracted to Allison but doesn’t know if she can deal with the lifestyle. When club guest Tyler is injured in a scene, Seth asks Allie for help. Seth is also attracted to the damaged Tyler, a prostitute who thinks he can only dream of being with Allison and Seth. Allison can’t figure out if Seth is attracted to her or Tyler and is shocked to learn the answer is “both” — and shocked that the thought of the three of them together turns her on.
