BONE CROSSED
by Patricia Briggs

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Urban Fantasy

2009 Urban Fantasy Novel Award Winner

RT Rating

Mega-talented Briggs wastes no time kicking off the action in her latest Mercy Thompson tale. The extended cast of this top-notch urban-fantasy thriller make excellent foils for the gutsy and admirable heroine. Spending your hard-earned dollars on a Briggs book is always a wise investment.

Mercy has survived a vicious rape and killed her attacker, but the fallout from these events continues. One change is that Mercy has decided to become alpha werewolf Adam Hauptman's mate. They get no time to bond, though, when the vampire Stefan is dumped in Mercy's house. A tortured Stefan is frantic that vampire queen Marsilia is coming after Mercy for revenge. To prevent a war between the vampires and werewolves, Mercy accepts an invitation to visit a college acquaintance while Adam negotiates a truce. Unfortunately, the visit is anything but normal!
