Tabloid writer Gemma Duncan has fantasies about being a Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter at a real newspaper. When she overhears an argument between
well-known New Orleans businessman Damien Theroux and a sexy stranger who accuses him of evildoing, she thinks she's found her ticket to the top—and she vows to get closer to the handsome mystery man. Born to Be Bad (2) by Crystal Green has interesting story twists, but Damien is more than a bad boy hero—he's almost a truly bad man. Thus,
the sex scenes seem sleazy rather than romantic. It's hard to believe he would
be interested in the overly naive Gemma.
