Teresa DesJardien tickles our fancy with BORROWED KISSES (3), a lively tale in which a handsome man-about-town is trapped into what seems to be a silly wager to steal kisses from a beautiful set of twins. First, however, he must outwit their spirited chaperone, a poor relation whose father's release from Newgate is dependent on her success. Although the introductory pace is rather slow, events move at a diverting pace once the Kissing Cavalier begins his campaign in earnest. A delicious bon-bon of a Regency treat!
