BRAZEN HEIRESS
by Elizabeth Boyle

Genre: Historical Romance
Setting: England and France, 1800s

RT Rating

In this sprightly spin-off of Brazen Angel, Sophies sister, Lily DArtier must return to Paris and prevent Napoleon from claiming important documents that would expose the English Secret Service spy network.

Lily disguises herself as an heiress who is returning to Paris from the Caribbean after her fathers death. She is partnered with her childhood acquaintance, Webb Dryden.

Webb finds it hard to believe that little Lily has grown into such a gorgeous woman, no longer the awkward child who was infatuated with the older Webb. Hes stunned when she acquires the skills needed to charm the famed General Counsel and all of Parisian society.

It is very dangerous for Lily to return to France, for recognition could mean death. With the tangled web of intrigue that surrounds Napoleon, a possible assassination plot and the need to find a hidden journal, Lily and Webb find themselves caught right in the midst of danger and love.

Elizabeth Boyle knows how to keep the action moving, the plot stimulating, the repartée sharp and the romance sizzling. Take a deep breath before beginning BRAZEN HEIRESS because you wont have time to come up for air before the exciting climax. Ms. Boyles star is climbing higher with each new book.
