A BRIDE BEFORE DAWN (3) by Sandra Steffen: A 3-month-old baby boy is left on the doorstep of pilot Noah Sullivan and his brothers, Marsh and Reed. Noah’s old flame Lacey Bell is back in town and at first he thinks she left the baby, until he thinks better of it. Lacey, who loves kids, volunteers to take on the role of nanny for the baby while the brothers search for the mother. All it takes is a week for Noah to rediscover his feelings for Lacey and for Lacey to fall deeply in love with Noah all over again. The heartwarming tone and genuine characters make up for the simplistic plot.
