Andersen has another fast-paced, charming romance with plenty of heat and cool dialogue. Her books are just a delight. Go on, treat yourself, you deserve it.
Macy O’James was the high school pariah back in her small farming town. Then she blew it off for the big city and became a video star. Now she is temporarily back to help her cousin as she recovers from a car accident. The town has gained a very hot fire chief since she left, and the two of them are definitely generating enough sparks to light a bonfire. Gabriel Donovan has spent years molding himself into a straight-arrow citizen after a rocky childhood, but one look at red-hot Macy and he is ready for an attitude adjustment.
