THE CAPTAIN'S CHRISTMAS FAMILY
THE CAPTAIN’S CHRISTMAS FAMILY (4) by Deborah Hale: England, 1814: Gideon Radcliffe inherits his cousin’s estate, but is not aware that Knightley Park comes with children. He’s not overly fond of children, but is determined to make this work. Governess Marian Murray gets the feeling Gideon does not like her much and is concerned he will send her packing, and she can’t leave her young charges. This is a beautiful love story readers will delight in, about a lowly governess and a captain, caught in a situation by circumstances beyond their control, who both try to make the best of it.
