Fans of quilter and cat rescuer Jillian Hart and her cats Chablis, Merlot and Syrah will love this story. Jillian’s three feline friends help her solve a murder, but this time they also have to help heal a frail, eccentric old lady and teach the lady’s cat a thing or two about manners. A charming read with a surprise ending that’s sure to please cozy lovers.

All Jillian wants to do is return runaway kitty Isis to her rich owner, Ritaestelle Longworth. But Ritaestelle is ill, and no one will allow Jillian to see her. But when Ritaestelle shows up at Jillian’s house in the middle of the night moments before the older woman’s secretary is found dead in Jillian’s yard, Jillian and her cats see much more of Ritaestelle and her relatives than they ever wished.
