TO CATCH A PRINCESS (4) by Caridad Piñeiro: Princess Tatiana Ivanov is unhappy with the arranged marriage set up for her by her father. Atlantic City detective and family friend Peter Roman has also been making Tatiana uneasy lately — one look from him and her toes curl. Unbeknownst to her, Peter is her betrothed! He’s living under an alias to avoid the demanding existence of a royal. Knowing about the arranged marriage, he would rather Tatiana marry him willingly. When a string of jewelry heists involving Russian royalty occur, Peter is hired to accompany Tatiana on a business trip for her own safety. He hopes, during that time, he can convince her to love him as he is. From the first page, the pacing is strong, the action plentiful and the characters interesting enough to hook you in.
