CHASING MONA LISA
Genre: Inspirational, Historical Romance, Mystery/Thriller/Suspense
This book’s characters are strong both in body and in mind. They have to think fast and on their feet in order to survive. Co-authors Goyer and Yorkey work well together. Each of their writing styles are unique, but they have woven a story that allows each one’s style to shine without overpowering the other.
It is August 1944 and Paris is about to be liberated. As the soldiers of the Third Reich flee, they ravage the country, stealing art as they go. Swiss OSS agents Gabi Mueller and Eric Hofstadler have one mission: to rescue the “Mona Lisa” without getting caught or killed. They don’t know who to trust, as everyone has their own agenda. They will need to trust each other and God to help them. (REVELL, Jan., 352 pp., $14.99)
