A holistic practitioner is shocked to discover that hes not only adopted, but also part CHEROKEE (2) and wants to discover his roots and find his mother. He asks the facial massage therapist who works next door to him for help since shes from the general area his birth mother was from and asks her to accompany him on his search. While he knows almost instantly that shes the one for him, he has some baggage that she wont accept. but once she finally does, he is confronted with some ugly issues. While the excessive details slow the pace of this story down, Sheri WhiteFeather tackles some heavy issues concerning alcoholism, adoption and sexual assault.
