CHRISTMAS AT BRAVO RIDGE
CHRISTMAS AT BRAVO RIDGE (3) by Christine Rimmer: Though they have a child together, bar owner Corrine Lonnigan and businessman Matt Bravo are just friends, and Corrine's engaged to another man. That changes one night when Matt brings their daughter home after a visit. They have too much wine, wind up in bed -- and Corrine gets pregnant again. She breaks her engagement but hesitates to tell Matt about the baby, fearing he'll want to marry her because he thinks he should, not because he loves her. Solid plotting is augmented by a high degree of sexual tension and hotter-than-average love scenes. Unfortunately, Matt isn't developed very well, which hurts the story.
