Hank is dedicated to the Lazy L ranch but is finding it tough to convince his family that he's invested. So, amid minor protesting, he agrees to teach city girl Andrea how to be real cowgirl. Hank doesn't expect her to get inside of his head -- or his heart. He fights the relationship tooth and nail, but there's
no denying that he wants to be The Christmas Cowboy (3) of Andrea's dreams. Judy Christenberry does an admirable job of portraying ranch life, but Hank behaves like a spoiled child, and Andrea caters to his desires and spends most of the book doubting
herself, which detracts from the
quaint story.
