Jaz falls head over heels in love and lust with Caid Dubois during a business
deal, where she helps her godfather negotiate the sale of his department store
to the Dubois family. But when marriage is proposed, they discover an impasse—Caid
wants a wife who will be a stay-at-home mom on the ranch he bought and Jaz is
a devoted career girl. Four months later, Caid is sent to investigate a problem
with their newly acquired store
and comes face-to-face with Jaz. Caid
slowly begins to understand that
he has a lot of work to do before he
can accept her as she is. The opening
of Penny Jordan's CHRISTMAS EVE WEDDING (3) will have you hooked! While the
conflict and resolution
can seem contrived, the characters
are wonderful and the scenes and
dialogue will keep you reading.
