A CHRISTMAS TO REMEMBER
When marine Beau Buchanan wakes up from a coma after being in an explosion, he has amnesia remembers nothing about his life. He ends up in Kentucky with his father, an electrician working on a new housing project. While there, he meets Marley Pierce, a woman he's supposed to have impregnated and abandoned a few years earlier. Unable to justify what he feels and what he's told he's done, Beau is shocked when he regains his memory. Kay Stockham's A Christmas to Remember (4) is a heartwarming story about love and forgiveness. Stockham uses a secondary plot involving Marley's family and her mother's medication addiction to give the novel more substance.
