AT CLOSE RANGE
by Jessica Andersen

Genre: Series

RT Rating

A serial killer they thought was dead
is back to taunt the members of the Bear Claw Creek police department in Jessica Andersen's At Close Range (3), and territorial forensics expert Cassie Dumont is sifting through the
evidence to find him before another woman dies. She's furious when FBI forensics expert Seth Varitek is called back in to consult. But when Cassie is attacked, protecting her becomes Sean's priority, along with solving the case, in this nerve-racking look into the mind
of a psychopath. While the story is engaging, Andersen's characters appear
too angry with each other, making their professional -- and, especially, personal -- relationship seem implausible.
