Taken from the family ranch by her mother when she was a child, Jenny Watson grew up in the city, believing her father, Sam, didn't care about her. After her mother passes away, Jenny makes contact with Sam, hoping to repair their relationship. Standing in Jenny's way is Sam's business partner, Jason Welborn, who's convinced she's after money. Jenny's not, but it takes Jason even longer than Sam to realize it! Judy Christenberry's Coming Home to the Cattleman (2) offers a sweet secondary romance but suffers from myriad other problems--mainly an obnoxious hero, an often spineless heroine and pedestrian dialogue.
