Book Review

In this second book in Hunter's Nantucket series, the characters are well rounded, their hearts in the right spot. The idea of a man stepping in to help someone keep their career on the right track may seem a bit over the top, but it works.

Kate Lawrence has been dumped just four hours before her wedding. Her book, Finding Mr. Right-for-You, is about to be released and her fans will not take kindly to the fact that the one who was supposed to have everything figured out is now the one with a broken heart. Then Lucas Wright comes up with an idea: He'll marry Kate. It will only be for one year, and no one will be suspicious because the name of the groom has been kept secret. When word leaks out, however, Kate's career may be too far gone to fix. (Thomas Nelson, May, 320 pp., $14.99)
