COVET

Author(s):

This short novella recounts repeated
sexual encounters between the leads
and reads more like a letter to a
men's magazine than a romance. Erickson does not employ enough
emotional punch for readers to get involved in the story. Only readers
who enjoy casual-sex fantasies
with descriptive and occasionally
exhibitionistic elements may find
this tale worth reading.

Law firm receptionist Jenny fantasizes daily about one of the partners, Tyrone, but has never acted on her feelings. Overhearing his weekend plans, she decides to follow and seduce him. Tyrone doesn't get involved in complicated romantic relationships, but what begins as casual sex with a beautiful co-worker surprises him when he realizes he wants to develop a more lasting, emotional relationship with her.
