COWBOY UP
Genre: Series, Harlequin Blaze, Current Series Imprints 2011 Harlequin Blaze Award Winner COWBOY UP (4.5) by Vicki Lewis Thompson: Spoiled city girl Emily Sterling returns to her father’s ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyo., where rancher Clay Whitaker teaches her a thing or two about what real cowboys do on the ranch … and in the bedroom. Emily doesn’t have a problem with “saving a horse and riding a cowboy,” just as long as she doesn’t fall in love with one. The plot is uncomplicated, which gives the characters room to physically and emotionally explore each other. Cowboy Up is a sexy joy ride, balanced with good-natured humor and Thompson’s keen eye for detail. Another sizzling romance from the RT Reviewers’ Choice award winner for best Blaze.
