THE COWBOY NEXT DOOR (4.5) by Brenda Minton: When Lacey Gould's sister arrives with her baby, Lacey wishes she could turn her away. Instead, she rents Jay Blackhorse's grandparents' house, next door to his parents and, consequently, him. The loss of the woman Jay loved and Lacey's past, which she believes makes her unworthy of the Blackhorse name, create barriers to a relationship. But the love of God and the care of her baby niece, whom Lacey ends up with, causes barriers to fall. This wonderful romance has good characters and a great story that lets readers get to know not only the main characters but those around them as well.
