A wonderful story of sacrificial love that will especially appeal to fans of cowboys and horses. The heroine is smart enough to be willing to learn and the hero is hot and heroic. The ending will leave readers with the desire to make return visits to Jubilee, Texas.

Mariah Callahan is unemployed in Chicago when she receives word that Dutch, the father she hasn’t seen in 14 years, has died and left her a horse ranch in Jubilee, Texas. As a wedding planner’s assistant, she has no idea how to run a ranch.

Joe Daniels is still recovering from the loss of his wife two years ago when his best friend Dutch dies. Now he must deal with Dutch’s daughter in the hopes that she will sell him her ranch. However, there are a few little problems: Joe’s got cash-flow worries and Mariah’s upset seeing her hopes of a new start in Jubilee go up in flames.
