CRITICAL AFFAIR
by M.J. Rodgers

Genre: Series, Harlequin Code Red, Previously Published Series Imprints

RT Rating

When her fiancé is murdered just before their wedding, Courage Bay meteorologist Jennifer Winn is the chief suspect. To cope with the situation and to help her find the real criminal, she turns to hospital psychiatrist Dr. Michael Temple. Michael is a man she's long admired, but he's also married. Critical Affair (3) by M.J. Rodgers is an intricate story and, overall, an enjoyable read. The sheer number of characters and plot complications might be better suited to a longer format, where they could then be developed with greater depth. But the author successfully establishes a mystery that will keep readers guessing.
