It is always a pleasure to venture into a world created by the über- talented Day and this first book in her new League of the Black Swan series is a prime example of why. Rio and Luke are singularly compelling characters who immediately grab your attention and take hold of your heart. This terrific story has ample doses of humor, danger and adventure, sure to make readers wish the story didn’t have to end! More please!

An orphan, Rio Jones knows nothing of her heritage or background. Her one unique skill is her ability to pick up on people’s thoughts, which can come in handy in the dangerous streets of Bordertown.
