Book Review

by Kate Angell

Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance

RT Rating

You don't have to be a baseball fan to enjoy these three intertwined romances starring hunky baseball players. Loosely connected to Angell's Squeeze Play, this book is strictly delightful romance times three, with a gratifying ending. Even the not- so-bad guy finds love!

Nicknamed the Bat Pack, baseball players Psycho, Romeo and Chaser are suspended for fighting. Psycho meets wannabe interior decorator Keely when her gift of twisting the truth saves him from the Daughters of Virginia. He
soon discovers having her in his home
is very nice.

Romeo must make restitution when, during the course of the fight, he knocks down reporter Emerson, damages her clothing and finds himself very attracted to her. Chaser likes his longtime friend Jen because she keeps things real for him. But playing matchmaker for her makes him see he's the only one for her. (Love Spell, Jun., 352 pp., $6.99)
