DADDY ON DEMAND (3) by Helen R. Myers: When his sister is deployed overseas, ad executive Collin is left to care for her 3-year-old twins. So he hires his former assistant, Sabrina, as a nanny. The situation is uneasy. Collin demoted Sabrina because he was attracted to her, and she's furious when he admits it. But Sabrina's always been drawn to Collin, and she needs the job. His workaholic ways are an obstacle, but maybe he can change? Myers' book is cut above a lot of "inherited children" stories due to its witty dialogue and likable characters, but you're left wondering why an educated woman like Sabrina has such difficulty getting a job.
