As a student, attorney Sara Hobart donated eggs to a fertility clinic to raise money for her mother's medical care. Six years later, now unable to have children of her own, Sara visits former financial analyst Nathan Barclay to find out if his son, Kyle, is also hers. Initially hostile, Nathan warms slowly to the idea of Sara being in Kyle's life -- and in his. But Nathan's not completely over his wife's death, and Sara knows it. Karen Rose Smith begins her Dads in Progress trilogy with The Daddy Dilemma (4). The story tackles a delicate situation with rare sensitivity, and the characters are excellent.
