RT Rating

Rich in dialogue, this is a fast-paced read. Like her previous books, this one has a strong heroine and intricate plot. Full of twists, turns and near-death encounters, readers will consume this quickly and want more.

Drake Flynn doesn’t trust any woman as far as he can throw her, including Madeline Reynard, who he’s supposed to rescue and deliver to U.S. officials. Yet he’s attracted to her like no other woman he’s ever met. Madeline has spent her life trying to save her sister — even when it meant being imprisoned in Colombia, then working for a crime lord. After her sister dies, she makes a desperate attempt to escape and winds up in Drake’s hands. They will have to trust each other to survive — and love again. (FOREVER, Jul., 384 pp., $6.99)
