Witty dialogue and unyielding suspense make for another great story in the Adrenaline Highs series. Although the villain is a bit clichéd — a psycho stalker fan — it doesn’t detract from the entertaining storyline. The hero and heroine are fully developed and emotionally rich, and the best part of the novel is the developing relationship between them from strangers to friends to lovers. Readers will enjoy spending time with these memorable characters.

Mel Summers is tired of his party-hard rock persona, Seger Hughes. An incident at one of his concerts makes him realize that his life has to change. So he goes to one of his luxury homes to reassess and recover, only to discover that his solitude has been encroached upon by a neighbor. Ashley Bristol had a series of misfortunes that has left her, she hopes temporarily, legally blind. The more she interacts with Mel, her feelings of friendship turns into something more. However, Ashley is in danger from a deranged fan who believes that Mel should love only her. (CARINAPRESS.COM, dl $5.99)
