DANTE'S CONTRACT MARRIAGE
Agreeing to honor the marriage contract struck by their fathers years ago is a necessity for jeweler Lazzaro Dante and artist Ariana Romano. Her family needs the money that the sale of the legendary diamond Brimstone to Lazz will bring, and he wants to see the stone preserved. It's supposed to be a temporary arrangement, but their honeymoon's so hot that Lazz wants to renegotiate! Unfortunately, Ariana has a secret that may be a deal-breaker, even if Lazz wasn't such a cynic. Day Leclaire's Dante's Contract Marriage (4) is a fast-paced, sensual fantasy. The characters are well handled, and even their convenient marriage seems reasonable in context.
