DEAD MAN'S CURVE
DEAD MAN’S CURVE (4.5) by Paula Graves: Presumed dead, Sinclair Solano has really been working as a double agent for the CIA. FBI agent Ava Trent is stunned to find Sinclair alive. Yet that doesn’t change the fact that he’s a fugitive — one that she’s taken an oath to turn in to authorities. But Sinclair isn’t going anywhere because his sister has been kidnapped and it’s his fault. With guerilla rebels taking shots at them, they’re going to have to trust each other if they want to make it out alive. An all-around enjoyable read with engaging characters, this has a compelling storyline, smart dialogue and a believable romance that doesn’t feel rushed.
